Anheuser-Busch and POLITICO Address Private Sector Sustainability

Inspiring a national conversation on renewable energy gives us PURPOSE BEYOND BREWING.

To encourage more dialogue around sustainability and the responsibility of the private sector to take action, Anheuser-Busch partnered with POLITICO to host a stakeholder event in Washington, D.C. that was livestreamed to a national audience.

Led by prominent global figures representing diverse perspectives and backgrounds – including U.S. Senator Michael Bennet, FERC Commissioner Neil Chatterjee, and American Council on Renewable Energy CEO and President Gregory Wetsone – our panel discussed the feasibility of clean energy technology and policies.

The event not only provided an opportunity to share our perspective and our pride in challenging ourselves and our peers to be stewards of our planet, but it also importantly encouraged conversations about how private businesses such as Anheuser-Busch are leading the future of renewable energy.

Our panel engaged leaders across Washington, D.C. and challenged them to analyze the private sector’s responsibilities and how it collaborates with government entities as both adjust to the global renewable energy revolution.
