Emergency Drinking Water

We find purpose in
helping our neighbors when they need us most

We help our neighbors when they need us most — when disaster hits our communities, we offer support with emergency drinking water programs.

About our Commitment to Donating Emergency Drinking Water

We have a long-standing commitment to support our neighbors during times of need. Every year, we temporarily pause the packaging of beer and apply our production and logistics expertise to can and distribute safe, clean drinking water for disaster relief. Since the inception of our emergency drinking water program in 1988, Anheuser-Busch and our wholesaler partners have worked alongside the American Red Cross to provide more than 80 million cans of water to U.S. communities affected by natural disasters. In 2019, Anheuser-Busch is teaming up with the National Volunteer Fire Council (NVFC) to donate more than 1 million cans of water to volunteer fire departments to support the efforts of these first responders across the country and provide critical hydration to those who are volunteering to put their lives on the line. These donations represent our ongoing commitment to help American communities when they need it most.
